rel=\"noopener\">www.advance-foodwaste.eu<\/a><\/p><p>Fokus novog akcijskog plana EU za kru\u017eno gospodarstvo je izbjegavanje otpada i njegovu transformaciju u visokokvalitetno tr\u017ei\u0161te sekundarnih sirovina. U tu svrhu, selektivno prikupljanje bit \u0107e namijenjeno ku\u0107anstvima, kao i komercijalnim tvrtkama poput hotela, restorana i kafi\u0107a. ADVANCE \u0107e razviti Osnovnu procjenu trenutnih praksi upravljanja otpadom od hrane u op\u0107inama i HORECA malim i srednjim poduze\u0107ima te referentnu vrijednost postoje\u0107ih najboljih praksi u EU. Nadalje, izradit \u0107e se metodologija analize nedostataka i izradit \u0107e se mapa puta, koja \u0107e pru\u017eiti metodolo\u0161ki okvir korak po korak za provedbu ciljeva smanjenja rasipanja hrane. Na kraju \u0107e se pripremiti ADVANCE te\u010daj koji \u0107e pokrivati \u200b\u200bodre\u0111ene module u\u010denja za podru\u010dje gospodarenja otpadom. Zbog svih opasnosti koje se pojavljuju u razli\u010ditim oblicima, poljoprivrednici su obeshrabreni ulagati u pobolj\u0161anja produktivnosti (Europska komisija, 2017.) koja bi dugoro\u010dno mogla pobolj\u0161ati profitabilnost i otpornost gospodarstva. Tipi\u010dnim farmama nedostaje holisti\u010dka percepcija upravljanja rizikom za cjelokupni poslovni subjekt i operacije. Projekt FaRMER predstavit \u0107e neophodan pristup u upravljanju rizikom i riziku i otpornosti na rizik, te se pozabaviti cijelim spektrom potreba tipi\u010dnog poslovanja poljoprivrednika. Kru\u017eno gospodarstvo (CE) identificirano je kao jedan od klju\u010dnih prioriteta koji zahtijeva pozornost i djelovanje za sve organizacije, bez obzira na njihovu veli\u010dinu.<\/p><p>Projekt REFRAME stvorio je CE prijelazni okvir posebno za mala i srednja poduze\u0107a u gra\u0111evinarstvu, proizvodnji i obrtni\u0161tvu, kako bi im pomogao da postanu okoli\u0161no prihvatljiviji. Transformacija poljoprivredno-prehrambenog otpada u nosa\u010de za imobilizaciju enzima o\u010dito predstavlja jednu od takvih tehnika, dok bi zamjena kemijskih katalizatora imobiliziranim enzimima mogla rije\u0161iti pitanja energetske u\u010dinkovitosti i ekolo\u0161ke prihvatljivosti. S druge strane, ekonomska isplativost procesa uvelike ovisi o cijeni imobiliziranog enzima. Mo\u017ee li pretvorba agro-prehrambenog otpada rezultirati tro\u0161kovno u\u010dinkovitim nosa\u010dima enzima za imobilizaciju lipaze i kasnijim razvojem imobiliziranih lipaza po\u017eeljnih operativnih svojstava za upotrebu u biokataliti\u010dkoj proizvodnji, pitanje je na koje ovaj projekt \u017eeli odgovoriti.<\/p><p><span data-sheets-root=\"1\">U tom smislu, nosa\u010di po\u017eeljnih operativnih svojstava i visokog kapaciteta imobilizacije pripremat \u0107e se od odabranog otpada: ljuske jaja, taloga kave i ljuske sme\u0111eg luka, nakon \u010dega \u0107e uslijediti imobilizacija lipaza Pseudomonas fluorescens i Burkholderia cepacia razli\u010ditim tehnikama imobilizacije. Biokemijska i operativna svojstva slobodnih i imobiliziranih lipaza poslu\u017eit \u0107e za odabir razvijenih imobiliziranih lipaza najve\u0107e u\u010dinkovitosti, kojima \u0107e se ispitati operativna funkcionalnost u odabranim reakcijama acidolize, hidrolize i transesterifikacije. Kru\u017eno gospodarstvo (CE) identificirano je kao jedan od klju\u010dnih prioriteta koji zahtijeva pozornost i djelovanje za sve organizacije, bez obzira na njihovu veli\u010dinu. Projekt REFRAME stvorio je CE prijelazni okvir posebno za mala i srednja poduze\u0107a u gra\u0111evinarstvu, proizvodnji i obrtni\u0161tvu, kako bi im pomogao da postanu okoli\u0161no prihvatljiviji. Transformacija poljoprivredno-prehrambenog otpada u nosa\u010de za imobilizaciju enzima o\u010dito predstavlja jednu od takvih tehnika, dok bi zamjena kemijskih katalizatora imobiliziranim enzimima mogla rije\u0161iti pitanja energetske u\u010dinkovitosti i ekolo\u0161ke prihvatljivosti. S druge strane, ekonomska isplativost procesa uvelike ovisi o cijeni imobiliziranog enzima. Mo\u017ee li pretvorba agro-prehrambenog otpada rezultirati tro\u0161kovno u\u010dinkovitim nosa\u010dima enzima za imobilizaciju lipaze i kasnijim razvojem imobiliziranih lipaza po\u017eeljnih operativnih svojstava za upotrebu u biokataliti\u010dkoj proizvodnji, pitanje je na koje ovaj projekt \u017eeli odgovoriti. U tom smislu, nosa\u010di po\u017eeljnih operativnih svojstava i visokog kapaciteta imobilizacije pripremat \u0107e se od odabranog otpada: ljuske jaja, taloga kave i ljuske sme\u0111eg luka, nakon \u010dega \u0107e uslijediti imobilizacija lipaza Pseudomonas fluorescens i Burkholderia cepacia razli\u010ditim tehnikama imobilizacije.
