Who is this course for?

This course is designed for individuals working in supermarkets, hotels, restaurants or cafes who want to improve their skills and knowledge in sustainable practices and food waste reduction.

Course Structure and Duration

Modules 1 to 3 are relevant to both Supermarkets and Ho.Re.Ca sectors and provide valuable insights. Module 4 is specific to each sector, with Module 4a tailored for supermarket professionals and Module 4b for those in the Ho.Re.Ca sector. Participants can opt to complete both Module 4 variants to expand their knowledge, resulting in a total course duration of 15 hours.

Certification

Dedicated learners who successfully pass all modules within a 6-week period will receive a certificate of completion, recognizing their professional development.
