The ReS-Food project’s initial outcome is the Methodological Framework which addresses both food waste and food insecurity. It highlights the importance of strategic prioritization, SWOT analysis, and the development of effective strategies to optimize food donation and distribution. The framework emphasizes the significance of complying with regulations and adopting technology and capacity-building initiatives to enhance the efficiency and impact of food rescue efforts.
